What we collect

Information you give us

• Project inquiry: your name, email address, project type and description. You can also give us a phone number and your project town or county.
• Quick form: your name, email address and project type, if you enter them. Your browser temporarily holds these details in tab-specific session storage to fill in the full inquiry form. We remove that stored copy when the inquiry page reads it; entries older than five minutes are not used. If browser storage is unavailable, you can enter your details on the full form. Quick-form details are not added to the web address, and no project inquiry is sent until you submit the full form.
• Calls and emails: your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

Information collected automatically

• Form source: a completed project inquiry includes the page path it was sent from and technical request information needed to deliver it.
• Server logs: our hosting and form providers may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and pages requested to keep these services running and secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and talk with you about the work.
• To provide the services you hire us for.
• To understand and improve our website.
• To prevent spam and abuse and meet our legal obligations.

We don't sell your personal information or use it for anyone else's marketing.

How our contact form works

Swift Sites builds and manages this website and runs its contact form. When you submit the full project inquiry, it goes to Swift Sites' form service on Vercel. The service stores the request in a Neon database and sends it through Resend to our two approved business inboxes. An automated check reads each stored request to assess spam. It sees your name, your message, the part of your email address after the @, whether you gave a phone number, and the page path the form was sent from. It does not receive your full email address or phone number. Swift Sites can access requests to keep the form working and check delivery.

The form uses a hidden field to catch automated submissions, and the service limits excessive requests from the same IP address.

Who we share it with

We share information with companies that help run this website and its form, for those purposes:

• Swift Sites builds and manages this website and its contact form.
• Vercel hosts the website and form service. The automated spam check uses an AI model reached through Vercel's AI Gateway.
• Neon stores contact form requests.
• Resend delivers contact form emails.
• Google provides Google Analytics.

We may also share information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or others. Links to other websites, including Facebook, take you away from this site; their practices are their own.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics on mojbuild.com to see how people use this site: which pages they view, how they arrived (for example from a search, an ad or another website, including any campaign tags in the link), taps on our phone number, whether the contact form was sent (not what you wrote in it), and general device, browser and approximate location information. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. Google keeps this information for 14 months. We don't use it for advertising.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site works without them. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep contact form requests and our messages with you for as long as needed to respond, work with you and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information.

Your requests

To ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, email mojbuild@gmail.com or call 540-292-5770. We will review your request and respond.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, such as encrypted connections and limited access, to protect your information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as payment card numbers through the form.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
